Paid plans, if any, are billed in advance and subject to applicable taxes. Usage is subject to rate limits, quotas, and budgets. We may suspend or throttle usage if limits are exceeded or for abuse prevention.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service.

The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by MakeThe.App and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Termination
